Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan have been incredibly bad playoff shooters so far

TORONTO, CANADA - APRIL 16: Kyle Lowry #7 (R) of the Toronto Raptors and DeMar DeRozan #10 (L) look on against the Indiana Pacers in Game One of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals during the 2016 NBA Playoffs on April 16, 2016 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was a happy Sunday night in Toronto with the Raptors advancing to the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 2001. It was also the first time the team won a seven-game series. Toronto accomplished that in spite of poor shooting by team stars DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry throughout the series vs. Indiana. Worryingly for the Raptors, bad playoff shooting games are the norm rather than the exception for both DeRozan and Lowry.

Among active players with at least 300 field goal attempts in the postseason, the Raptors’ All-Star guards have the worst shooting percentages in all of the NBA.

DeRozan and Lowry have shot a combined 235 of 662 in their playoff careers. That’s 35.5 percent from the field, which is a big drop off from their regular season numbers.
