Where did Aaron Brooks' block on Rudy Gobert go?

Judge for yourselves: Do you consider this a block by 6-foot guard Aaron Brooks on 7-foot-1 center Rudy Gobert?

Guess what? Per the NBA.com boxscore, there was no such block. We can argue if it was a foul or not, but it certainly was not called. So it must surely be a block, right?

For the record, Brooks ranks 16th in the list of all-time shot blockers among players 6-foot or shorter. Kyle Lowry is third behind Mookie Blaylock and Terrell Brandon.
