What’s your problem?

WHAT'S-YOUR-PROBLEM

Sometimes it takes an outsider to see where things are going wrong and to offer a solution. And sometimes, just explaining what the problem is out loud can help you start to make sense of it.

Together with my ace friend Liz Goodchild, we’re going to help you with your training and motivation problems. If you can’t get past that first week of a training plan before giving up, if the goals you set for yourself back in January seem like an unrealistic idea now, if you just can’t bring yourself to put your trainers on, we want to hear from you.

Liz will get to the bottom of what your issue is and what’s stopping you following through with your intentions, and I’ll offer practical steps you can take to get back on track.

Just email us your issue and we’ll record a special podcast issue addressing some of the messages we receive. You don’t have to give your real name – and we won’t reveal it.
